We may automatically collect some information when you visit our website, such as your computer's IP address and operating system, the site from which you linked to us, your site activity, the time and date of your visit, and your purchases. This information may be collected through the use of "Cookies" and "Web Beacons" (see the Do We Use "Cookies" and "Web Beacons"? section below). We also receive information from third parties who help us correct our records, prevent fraud, and provide customer service or offer special promotions or products. We may combine any of this information with the other Personal Information we maintain about you.
You may email us at email@example.com, or call us at 1.866.304.9881 if you have questions or need assistance with your order.
FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
Any of the Personal Information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: (i) To personalize your experience - your information helps us to better respond to your needs and preferences; (ii) To improve our website - we continuously strive to improve our website functionality based upon the information and feedback we receive from customers; and (iii) To improve our customer service - your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs; and (iv) To process transactions - your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product requested; and (v) To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature (unless you choose to not receive such information); and (vi) To send periodic emails and/or SMS communications (text messages) - the email address you provide, and the telephone number you provide, may be used to send you information about your order, to send you information about products you have purchased or about new products, and to respond to your inquiries and/or other requests or questions.
You may choose to receive no unsolicited email or SMS communications from us by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email you receive from us, or by contacting us using the information provided in the Support Center section below. If you have provided us with more than one email address and/or more than one telephone number, you will need to specifically opt-out for each email address and/or each telephone number.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We have physical, administrative and technical security measures in place to maintain and protect Personal Information from loss, misuse or alteration while it is under our control when you place an order, or enter, submit or access your Personal Information.
We offer the use of a secure server. When you enter Personal Information online, that information is encrypted prior to transmission using a security protocol called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), and then encrypted into our database to be accessible only by those persons authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Other information, such as: customer names, addresses, email addresses, product selections, etc. will be captured for manufacturing and marketing purposes only. IP addresses will be monitored to see how individual web pages and features are performing, however, this is not tied to an individual.
DO WE USE "COOKIES" AND "WEB BEACONS"?
Yes - Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser (if the settings you have selected on your computer allow) which enable the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information helpful to receiving and processing your order. Cookies are not spyware, and we do not collect multi-site data or share information with others that we gather through Cookies.
We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us to better understand our site visitors. These service providers are permitted to use the information collected on our behalf only to help us conduct and improve our business.
Like most web sites, our servers log your IP address, the URL from which you accessed our site, your browser type, and the date and time of your purchases and other activities relating to your visit to our site. We use this information for system administration, troubleshooting, fraud investigation and communications from us.
We use Web Beacons to determine when and how many times a page has been viewed. This does not include your Personal Information. We use this information for our own marketing purposes.
If you prefer, you can choose to have your computer warn you each time a Cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all Cookies via your web browser settings. If you turn off your Cookies, as with most websites, some of the services provided by or made available by our website may not function properly. However, you can still place orders for our products over the telephone if you are unable to do so via our website.
DO WE DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Information. This practice does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you (such as shipping to you the product(s) you have ordered) so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. For example, we may provide your address to a shipper; however, we give suppliers, and others involved in the distribution chain, only the information needed to provide you the product(s) you order.
These third parties are required to use personal information we share only to provide the requested services. We are not responsible for any additional information you provide directly to these parties, and we encourage you to become familiar with their privacy practices and policies before disclosing information directly to them. Information you provide to third parties may in turn be shared with us along with information about your use of the services they provide or make available. In some cases these third parties may require as a condition of providing services to you that you authorize them to share information with us. If we terminate our relationship with a third party, information you provided to that third party may be returned to us, and we may provide that information to a new third party offering the same or similar services.
We may also release your Personal Information: (i) when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or legal process or legal authorities, (ii) when we have a good faith belief that we are lawfully authorized to do so, (iii) to enforce our website policies, (iv) to respond to a claim, and/or (iv) when we believe that doing so is reasonably necessary to the rights, property or personal safety of you, and of Remington Industries and our employees or the general public. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.
