All we ask is that you call for a return authorization and return the product in new condition, in the original packaging and within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a return authorization and shipping instructions, please call customer service at 1.866.304.9881, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm EST/EDT or contact us via email at email@example.com. The return authorization number is valid for a period of 30 days from the date you received your order. It is important to write the return authorization number prominently on the outside of the box below the return shipping address. Any returns received without a valid return authorization cannot be processed. Please refer to the warranty information if the return is more than 30 days from the receipt date of your order.
Remington will cover return shipping costs and in most cases will be managed by providing you with a prepaid freight label. We cannot accept C.O.D. returns. Refunds will be given on the product returned, less the original shipping cost. We can only provide refunds on products purchased from this website. For products purchased from other websites or retailers, please contact them directly. Thank you.
